The position requires flexibility to cover a variety of community news events, meetings and interviews on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities include: Covering day-to-day news events, maintaining weekly assignments for freelance reporters, covering evening meetings and working with newspaper production department.
Education: Journalism degree, bachelor’s degree, or 2 or more years experience in writing and news reporting.
